The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.
The beds were too small for our family, forcing me to sleep on the floor. The breakfast area was always dirty and tables were not cleaned after guests finished.

Great central location near theater district and Bryant Park. Spacious rooms and free WiFi. Complimentary breakfast with diverse options.
Felt very special, nothing too much trouble.

stayed at residence inn and loved the location - close to times square, rockefeller center, and empire state building. walking distance to many popular destinations, but not in the midst of the times square frenzy. accommodating staff, especially during a hiccup with grocery delivery. friendly and helpful housekeeping. valet parking a plus. a perfect combination of comfort, location, and hospitality.
